A quick nutritious meal for children and easy to alter to fit their tastes!

  1. Fry 1 onion in olive oil until soft. Add tin of chopped tomatoes to the onions and cook down. Add 2 cloves of garlic if you wish.
  2. Ladle the tomato sauce onto pizza base covering well then arrange the sliced peperoni on top.
  3. Create 3 little indents/wells and crack one egg into each well.
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza.
  5. Place pizza in oven at 200 C and bake for 3 minutes or until cheese melted and golden.
  6. Garnish with basil leaves.


  • 2 Medium Pizza bases
  • 400 G Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Medium Free range eggs
  • 75 G Grated Cheese
  • 1 Packet Peperoni slices
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • 2 Garlic cloves
